MyWhoosh has over 720 workouts from which you can choose. Pick from a structured training plan or an individual workout. You put your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) in the game, and the game directs you through a workout targeting specific wattage outputs. The smart trainer picks up the required wattage, and all you must do is pedal. These workouts are designed by world tour coaches and are the fastest way to increase your fitness.
