One of the newest additions to MyWhoosh is the custom workout creator on the web. Now, you can create your own workouts from your laptop, computer, or other web device.
In this article, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about the all-new MyWhoosh Workout Builder.
What is the MyWhoosh Workout Builder?
- The MyWhoosh custom workout creator on the web is a new webpage that allows you to create your own workouts which you can then upload to the MyWhoosh app.
- Workouts created in the MyWhoosh Workout Builder will automatically be imported straight into your custom workout folder in the app.
How to Create a Custom Workout in the MyWhoosh Workout Builder
- In the MyWhoosh Workout Builder, you can create custom workouts which include a variety of intervals, power targets, cadence targets, text captions, and more.
- First, log into the MyWhoosh Workout Builder webpage.
- On the webpage, simply click on each interval to add it to your custom workout.
- Adjust the power target by dragging the interval block up or down.
- Adjust the interval duration by dragging the block left or right.
- Add custom cadences in each workout block by simply typing in the target rpm.
- Add text captions to the workout by clicking on the Caption icon. Then, you can drag the Caption across to the desired point in the workout and add a custom text message by clicking again on the Caption icon.
Once you’ve completed your custom workout, click Export to MyWhoosh on the webpage, and your new workout will automatically be added to the MyWorkout folder which can be found in the Workout section of the MyWhoosh app.
Can You Import Custom Workouts from Other Apps?
- Yes, you can import workouts that are in different file formats to the MyWhoosh Workout Builder.
- These workouts will automatically be imported to your custom workout folder in the MyWhoosh app, making it easier to plan, upload, and complete your custom workouts.
